The Acres Homes Community Development Corporation (AHCDC) is a non-profit organization created to function and serve as the facilitator of residential and commercial real estate development in the Acres Homes community.
The AHCDC was formed by community residents, business owners, educators, and ministers, whose mission is to work with other community organizations to revitalize the Acres Homes Community.
We have found that there is a need and desire for affordable, quality new homes in the community, and we have taken on the challenge of addressing this need. Our goal is to provide an additional 100 homes over the next three years through new construction and housing rehabilitation projects.
We are proud to have helped so many families to achieve their dreams of home ownership, and we look forward to providing the community with more affordable homes in the future.
The Dyerwood Project
AHCDC is proud to announce the launch of the Dyerwood Project. Land has already been cleared for construction on forty-two new units, and construction will begin soon.
